Elementary - grades Kindergarten through 6

The elementary program at LCCS provides an exceptional academic program to students in a nurturing Christian environment. Our team of teachers is committed to personal growth and high standards, while providing students individualized attention that enables them to meet their greatest potential. We offer a differentiated program that is designed to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and strengths. Biblical principles are integrated into all subjects, which helps develop a Biblical worldview and spirit-led approach to life. The school-wide Calling Prep program is integrated into the elementary curriculum through classroom enrichment activities, project-based learning, field trips, service projects, and assessments. This begins the important process of guiding each student to identify their passions, gifts, and talents.

LCCS offers two options for elementary education:

Traditional Elementary
Traditional elementary grades are located at the Leola campus. These students come to campus five days a week.

University Model® Elementary
Students enrolled in the University Model® elementary program attend class at the West Lampeter campus. They come to the central classroom (on campus) two or three days per week, and learn through teacher-directed activities with a parent in the satellite classroom (at home) the remainder of the week. Learn more about the UM® program here.
