The position oversees the daily operations of the middle & upper school division (grades 7-12) specifically in the areas of academics, evaluations, observations, behavior, spiritual development, and other administrative roles. They care for students, parents, and faculty to fulfill the mission of LCCS. They must possess a master's degree in educational leadership, be in agreement with the LCCS biblical truth and lifestyle statements, and be an active member of a local church.
