LCCS is accepting applications for a full-time Director of Innovation. This position provides visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the LCCS Innovation Academies. They advance the school's mission by cultivating innovative, Christ-centered learning experiences that help students discover their God-given gifts, passions, and calling while equipping them to impact God's Kingdom through future vocations. The Director of Innovation fosters a culture of creativity, experiential learning, and meaningful community partnerships that connect faith, learning, and real-world application. They must possess a bachelor's degree in education, be in agreement with the LCCS biblical truth and lifestyle statements, and be an active member of a local church.

LCCS is accepting applications for the following coaching positions. Candidates must have a passion for coaching and discipling students, be able to plan and run an efficient practice, and maintain an orderly and fun team experience. They must be a skilled communicator committed to sending weekly email communication to athletes and their families. No experience is necessary, but it is greatly preferred. Candidates must be in agreement with the LCCS biblical truth and lifestyle statements and be an active member of a local church.
