Mr. Ed Herr, executive chairman of Herr Foods Inc., will deliver the keynote address at the school’s annual Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) Appreciation Breakfast on Thursday, November 21, from 7:30 to 9:00 am. The breakfast will take place in the Student Life Center at LCCS.

Mr. Herr’s keynote, titled “Building a Business While Blessing the Community,” will share insights from his experience leading one of the region’s most recognized family businesses while remaining rooted in faith and community values.

The annual appreciation breakfast is LCCS’s way of expressing gratitude to the local businesses and individuals who participate in Pennsylvania’s EITC program. This program allows participants to redirect up to 90% of their state tax obligation to the school of their choice, supporting educational opportunities that strengthen local communities.

In addition to the keynote address, representatives from several area businesses will share reflections on how faith and God’s guidance have shaped their companies and community impact.
